Cette participation donnera lieu à un tirage au sort annuel et un seul détenteur de carte sera sélectionné pour jouer et tenter de remporter jusqu’à 1 million d’euros lors du grand tirage au sort. Lors de ce tirage (date et lieu à préciser), le titulaire de la carte se verra remettre une série d’enveloppes et il devra en choisir une. Chaque enveloppe contiendra une carte indiquant un prix en liquide et, en fonction des enveloppes sélectionnées, le joueur remportera un lot compris entre 100 000 et 1 million d’euros ! Une seule participation au tirage en ligne par carte à gratter gagnante.

Important : conservez votre ou vos cartes à gratter portant l’inscription « YES ». Toutes les cartes « YES » doivent être conservées par les gagnants afin de pouvoir être présentées au cas où elles seraient sélectionnées pour le grand tirage au sort.

Les noms et adresses des gagnants de lots de faible valeur ne sont pas enregistrés. Terms & Conditions

Scratch cards are only open to persons who are 18 or over and reside in a EU country, or a country that is a Ryanair Group flight destination. Not eligible to participate: Current/previous employees (and/or their families) of BFM, Ryanair, including all subsidiaries and affiliates of these companies, Ryanair suppliers, service providers and/or their agents, any other companies/personnel involved in the promotion, distribution, sales, loading, or unloading of cards, or with any commercial involvement with Ryanair. The car prize is a new entry level electric vehicle or lower cash prize. Prize winners agree to publicity and their name, picture and region may be used for promotional purposes. All winning claimant details are held in a secure manner and deleted after 2 years. Customer data is not used for mailings, either for Ryanair or third parties. Prize claims must be made within 60 days of the purchase/flight date. The card will be declared void if the ‘Do Not Scratch’ panel has been partially or fully scratched. The promoter is not responsible for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit. The winner of the draw to enter the €1million event will be notified. €1million event draw entries must be made within 28 days of the flight you purchased the 'Yes' card on. Car and cash winners must provide a copy of their passport and proof of address. Force Majeure: The company reserves the right to vary the terms of the €1M Event Draw and other such draws where an extraordinary event or circumstances beyond the control of the company including, without limitation, acts of God; earthquakes; fires; floods; wars; civil or military disturbances; acts of terrorism; sabotage; strikes; epidemics; riots; power failures; computer failure and any such circumstances, beyond its reasonable control, prevents or seriously curtails sales of scratch cards. The company reserves the right to defer or offer alternative prize structures for the duration of such events or circumstances. How to Claim Car & Cash Prizes

Send your winning scratch card by recorded postal delivery (no couriers please) to BFM, PO Box 34, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Please keep a copy of the card. Prize claims must be made within 60 days of the purchase/flight date.

Major Prize Winner Declaration

As part of the due diligence prior to awarding main prizes and as prescribed by Law, major prize winners are required to confirm that they comply fully with the terms and conditions of the scratch card game. Brandforce will already have your age and residency details when you claim but you are required to confirm in writing that neither you nor a family member work directly or indirectly for the Ryanair Group or any of its suppliers as determined by the rules of the game and you are required to complete this form before your claim for a prize can be confirmed. Payment of cash prizes will be by bank transfer in Euros to the winning passenger name on the scratch card, prizes are not transferable. Winners must also agree to participate in any subsequent publicity. Entry to the game signifies acceptance of all of these rules. Brandforce reserves the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. The promoter reserves the right to terminate the game at any time. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
